Chad Neuens

Chad Neuens is an experienced trial lawyer licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and several Federal Courts. Mr. Neuens earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Creighton University School of Law in 1990. Mr. Neuens has over 25 years of experience in the areas of law enforcement, business litigation, business counseling, civil rights, product liability, commercial litigation, subrogation, fire and explosion, banking, construction, trucking, transportation, casualty, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury, environmental liability, oil and gas, bankruptcy, fraud and toxic tort. He has published several articles and has presented numerous seminars in these areas. Mr. Neuens has tried numerous cases, including 35 jury trials, in both state and federal courts throughout the country.
