Ryan Hofmann

Biography

Ryan Hofmann is an associate attorney at Helton Law Firm, where he advises clients on business law matters, transactional work, and student-athlete name, image, and likeness (NIL) representation.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was involved in the Student Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society. During law school, he also worked with the University of Oklahoma Office of Name, Image, and Likeness. Ryan holds bachelor’s degrees in business management and marketing, along with a Certificate in Sales and Service Excellence, from Oklahoma State University.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, and following college and NFL football.
