Ashley Whitby is a Lawton–Fort Sill native who proves that small-town roots can lead to big opportunities. Ashley attended Oklahoma State University and found her home and people in Tulsa. She spent more than 20 years building a career defined by initiative, relationship-building, and fearless follow-through.
Her professional background spans the fashion industry and nonprofit leadership, with expertise in brand management, large-scale event production, fundraising, and community engagement. Most recently, Ashley served as Development Director for the Indian Nations Council of Scouting America, where she led fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, and major event execution across the Tulsa region.
Ashley has also served on nonprofit boards within the Tulsa community, lending her strategic insight and passion for service to organizations that shape the city’s future. She is known for blending polish with personality—bringing both professionalism and spunk to every room she enters.
Beyond her work, Ashley enjoys antiquing, needlepoint, tennis, mahjong, and life with her partner Drew and their five beloved dogs.
