Nikki Frasier is our Director of Business Operations and brings over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and technical sectors, focusing on sales, marketing, and human resources.
She holds an MBA from Northeastern State University and attended Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate degree. She is passionate about creating a culture of trust and collaboration within the workplace.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time cheering on and supporting her children in their various activities. She enjoys volunteering in various capacities and believes in giving back to the community.
