Taylor Newcomb Damaska focuses her practice on comprehensive estate planning for individuals, families, and business owners.

Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and spent five years in the news industry as an anchor, producer, reporter, and photojournalist. She covered everything from breaking news to local politics, with a particular focus on the justice system. Over the course of her media career, she covered more than 35 criminal and civil trials and was awarded Best Spot News Coverage for her reporting on the 2017 Betty Shelby Trial while working at the News On 6 in Tulsa.

Taylor graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, earning four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor recognizing the top 10 advocates in each graduating class for excellence in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing. During law school, she served as President of the Women’s Law Caucus and Director of the Board of Advocates.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband, Chris, their two children, Connor and Piper, and their pug, Poppy.
